Host your first Nyocte web meeting
Start a meeting, share the invitation, and help guests join from their browser.

Choose one thing to accomplish
A good first meeting has a simple purpose: agree on the next event, catch up with family, or settle one open question. Send that purpose with the invitation so people know why to join.
Start now or schedule ahead
Create your account in the Nyocte mobile app if you are new. To use the web app, open Settings → Linked Devices on your phone and scan the browser login QR code. Then open Meetings. Choose Meet now to start a personal meeting and get its invitation link. You do not need to create a group first.
For a later meeting, choose Schedule. Add a title, date, time, and duration. You can add guest email addresses and choose whether to send invitations. Scheduled meetings can include a password.
Make the invitation easy to use
Share the join link in the conversation your guests already use. Include the purpose, the time and time zone if scheduled, and the password if you set one. Guests can enter their name and join from a browser without creating an account.
- Copy the actual meeting link, not the address of your Meetings list.
- Ask guests to allow microphone and camera access when prompted.
- Allow a moment for guests to check their camera and microphone.
- If you enable a waiting room in host controls, be ready to admit guests.
Finish with a next step
Before ending, agree on who will do what next. If this becomes a recurring group activity, create an association or club group to keep agendas, tasks, and decisions together.
